If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase. Please note, that items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and we will need to be notified within 7 days of purchase/delivery.

Testing fees and returns freight

The inspection fee is non-refundable. If you return a product to us that is not faulty, you may be liable for a testing fee and freight charges to return the product to you.

Computer Viruses, Spyware & Adware

Fox IT Solutions agrees to take all reasonable measures to protect the Clientโ€™s computer systems from computer Viruses, Spyware, and adware. Client assumes all risk of computer Viruses, Spyware, and adware and will not hold Fox IT Solutions responsible. The client is responsible for the costs of consulting time and materials required to remove any computer Viruses, Spyware, or Adware or any damage caused by such infections.

CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
Fox IT Solutions may, in its sole discretion, change this Agreement from time to time as it relates to future use of the Website, by posting a revised Agreement on the Website. By using the Website after this revised Agreement has been posted, you signify your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the revised Agreement. You may not change this Agreement in any manner.
